What is the process?

So you’ve chose to book one of our artists on The Elevate Team for your wedding hair and makeup – congratulations we think you’ve made a fantastic choice! 😉  From here you’ll have two options.

1. You can pay a £50 booking fee to book in your wedding date.  We can then book your trial in at a time convenient for you, after the trial a further £50 booking fee will be due.
2. You can book your trial before paying the booking fee.  We recommend you book a trial within the next two weeks to avoid disappointment – we won’t book a trial more than one month in advance if you haven’t already paid the booking fee.  After the trial a £100 booking fee will be due.

For all bookings the final balance is due one month before the wedding so we recommend you have your trial before then. Booking fee’s come off of the final balance.

What happens at the trial?

For your pre-wedding hair and makeup trial with The Elevate Team you’ll visit The Boutique in Fulham, West London.  The Boutique was co-founded by Tori in 2016 and stocks an exquisite collection of hair accessories by Victoria Millésime which we can try during your hair and makeup trial.  The Boutique also has a carefully curated selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, bridal shoes, flower girl dresses and wedding related gifts for you to browse while you’re here for your trial. 

During your trial we suggest you come with some inspiration images for your bridal hair and makeup.  We’ll start with your favourite look and adapt this to suit you – if you love it and you’re happy you are welcome to leave hair and makeup intact (as long as we don’t need to get our extensions out)! If you’re not sure we’ll try another look until we find the look you love.  We usually spend around 2hours with our brides during their trial but some may be quicker and some may take a little less time.   You can read our full guide to your wedding hair and makeup trial here.

Will you travel to me on my wedding day?

Yes! Elevate Bridal is a mobile hair and makeup service – at the venue, at home or at your hotel on your wedding day we’ll be right there with you.  You come to us for the trial as there is so much space at The Boutique and we’re surrounded by all things wedding and beautiful which makes for a great afternoon out!
